Axel Broms
Chairman of the Board

Axel Broms has a M.Eng. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Stockholm. He was VP of the Life Science tool company LKB Produkter AB, Sweden 1980 to 1987. Between 1988 and 2004 he held positions as president and division manger of Rexroth Mecman, a division of Rexroth AG Germany, world leader in industry and factory automation products and systems. Currently he is conducting his own consultant business and holds different board memberships.

  Jan-Olof Lundin
Member of the Board

Jan-Olof Lundin holds a M. Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. He has been active in leading positions at e.g. Eka Chemicals AB and Berol Kemi AB (Akzo Nobel Group) and is the founder and former President of Diffchamb AB. Mr. Lundin’s present board assignments are: Indevex Water Tech AB, Qp Card AB, Kofo Kemisystem AB, Envirochem AB, Chemel AB (public), Cellectricon AB, Isogenica Ltd. and Dunross & Co AB. Currently he is the President of Indevex WaterTech AB, a food process technology company which he also founded.



Jörgen Persson

Jörgen Persson holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. Previously he has worked as manager and partner in several leading Swedish investment banks. Currently he is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Dunross & Co AB and also is a member of the board in Dunross & Co AB.
Kevin Matthews
Isogenica Ltd ››

Kevin is CEO at Isogenica, a rapid protein engineering company. Previously he was CEO of Oxonica plc (2001-2009), one of the UK's leading nanotechnology businesses. Kevin is also a non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee of Elementis plc, a UK FTSE listed international speciality chemicals business. He is also chairman of the UK's Nanotechnology Knowledge Transfer Network. Kevin has a DPhil in chemistry from Oxford and after an initial spell in research has spent his career taking new technologies to market. In the process he has become very familiar with the challenges of financing, technology development and protection, and commercialisation of new products both through direct sales and licensing across a broad range of industries including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical diagnostics, cosmetics and industrial materials.





Erik Kullgren

Erik Kullgren holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg University. Erik has earlier worked as Head of Accounting and Controlling within the Life Insurance and Asset Management industry in Sweden. Mr Kullgren has also a background from one of the leading Audit Firms in Sweden. Currently Erik holds the position as CFO in Dunross & Co AB.
